区域经济发展不平衡对义务教育投入的影响

地区经济发展不平衡是我国的一个基本国情，上世纪90年代义务教育投资总量和人均教育经费投入水平在我国三大地带呈现巨大差距，其成因是多方面的，要改变这种状态，必须建立规范的政府间基础教育财政支付制度，对政府管理基础教育的层级进行调整，建立农村义务教育教师工资保障机制。

The various pretreating auxiliaries, different parameters for protease treating process and the effect of stabilizer were discussed in detail. Earthquake Resistant Engineering and Application of Seismic Zonation Map of China

China is a country with high seismieity. It is very important for industry and structure to fortify against earthquakes. In this paper the outline of seismicity in China, the criteria for fortification against earthquakes and the contents of seismic zonation map of China are described. The contents of seismic safety evaluation for major construction projects, such as large dams, large bridges, long distance pipe lines for transporting oil and natural gas, nuclear plants, petrochemical enterprises and so on, are presented. Some geological disasters caused by destructive earthquake, such as earthquake-caused collapse and landslide, liquefaction of saturated soll and earthquake fault and so on, are also presented. Preventive countermeasures for these disasters are discussed.     

含量子点的A-B环中的持续电流(PC)与环尺寸的关系

对处于磁场中的近藤体系的闭合点环系统，其基态性质用单一杂质安德森模型哈密顿量加以研究；该哈密顿量是用平均场理论Slave—Boson技术求解。结果表明：由磁场感应的电流与系统字称和环的尺寸大小有很大关系，通过理论研究得出一些新的结论并探讨了一些相关问题。

DEGREE CONDITIONS FOR GRAPHS TO BE FRACTIONAL （a, b, n）-CRITICAL GRAPHS

Let G be a graph, and a and b be integers with a ≤ b. A graph G is called a fraetional （a, b, n）-critical graph if after any n vertices of G are deleted the remaining subgraph has a fractional [a, b]-factor. In this paper two degree conditions for graphs to be fractional （a, b, n）-eritical graphs are presented, and the degree conditions are sharp in some sense.
